Fanatics Casino

In March 2025, Fanatics Casino launched a web version and standalone casino app that is available on iOS and Android in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Fanatics Casino features a range of classic and popular casino favorites like roulette, slots and blackjack, along with Live Dealer and a portfolio of games from top third-party game developers.  The Fanatics Casino experience stands out from competitors with expert visual design and  is available in four states, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.  Fanatics Betting and Gaming also produces exclusive online casino games via its Fanatics Game Studios including Fanatics Blackjack, Fanatics Multi-Hand Blackjack, Field Goal Frenzy and Spin to Win.

PointsBet Acquisition

In August 2023, Fanatics Betting and Gaming acquired the US businesses of PointsBet. The acquisition accelerated the company’s growth plans.  FBG closed on the final PointsBet state, Illinois, in April 2024. Between August 2023 and April 2024, Fanatics Betting and Gaming has seamlessly migrated PointsBet customers in multiple states and incorporated PointsBet’s risk management platform and quantitative driven trading models from Banach Technology into the Fanatics Sportsbook app, enhancing its market offerings.
